Respect our holiday home and leave it clean and tidy.
Make use of the dishwasher and ensure it is empty when you leave.
Please do not allow dogs in the bedrooms or on the furniture.
Please bring your own beach towels.
If you have an infant, you will need to bring a travel cot and feeding chair, or contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

The space
The apartment feels spacious and homely. It’s has a modern, bright, open plan living space, sofas, TV, dining area, everything you need for a relaxing, luxurious getaway.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It has everything you need. The dining area is ideal to enjoy your meal, with friends and family, or dine on the balcony looking at the sea.
Choose from two lovely bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with gorgeous en-suite. The second bedroom has two single beds and is next to the family bathroom.
There is an allocated underground parking space, so no need to worry about parking your car.
Guest access
The entire apartment will be yours for your stay. It can be accessed directly and with free secure off road parking its ideal. Free on site parking is unusual for Porth, Newquay.

We have WiFi.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Upon request there is a travel cot or high chair available.

There is an allocated parking space in the private underground parking accessed, by electric garage door and has a lift to the ground floor.
